Our Commitment to Accuracy

At Customized Furniture, we strive for the highest level of accuracy in all information published on our website (customizedfurniture.ae), including product specifications, material descriptions, pricing guides, and policy documents. We understand that even minor errors can impact your decisions, and we are committed to promptly correcting any factual inaccuracies we identify or that are reported to us.

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy outlines the procedure for correcting errors found in the informational content on our public website.

Correctable Errors Include:

  • Typographical Errors: Mistakes in spelling, grammar, or punctuation that do not change the factual meaning.

  • Factual Inaccuracies: Errors in material specifications, dimensions (in general descriptions), stated prices, or service descriptions.

  • Policy Errors: Errors or ambiguities found within our published terms and conditions, privacy policy, or feedback policy documents.

  • Image Misrepresentation: Instances where an image is incorrectly linked to a product description.

Exclusions (Not Covered by this Policy):

  • Active Project Errors: Errors or requested changes related to an active custom furniture order or signed contract are governed exclusively by the terms, specifications, and change order procedures outlined in the client’s official project agreement.

  • Design Subjectivity: Matters of personal taste, aesthetic judgment, or minor variations in natural materials (e.g., wood grain, leather dye) that are within acceptable industry tolerances.

3. The Corrections Process

Upon receiving a correction report, we will adhere to the following steps:

Step 1: Verification

  • A member of our team will review the reported error against original source documents, material supplier data, or internal pricing sheets to verify its accuracy.

Step 2: Implementation

  • If the error is verified, the necessary correction will be implemented immediately. We aim to correct all verified factual errors within 2 business days of verification.

  • Minor Corrections (e.g., spelling, grammar) will be fixed silently without announcement.

  • Significant Corrections (e.g., major changes to pricing, material claims, or policy clauses) will be noted.

Step 3: Public Notification (for Significant Errors)

  • For corrections that could significantly impact a potential client’s decision (e.g., a major price revision or a core policy change), we will note the correction at the bottom of the affected page, briefly stating what was wrong and when it was corrected.

The price for the ‘Majlis Sofa Frame’ was incorrectly listed on 2025-12-09. It has been corrected from AED 8,000 to AED 9,500 on 2025-12-10.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, the company is not legally bound by errors displayed on the website. All quotes and final specifications for custom projects are only legally binding once confirmed in a formal, signed client agreement or invoice.
